ማሳሰቢያ፡-አሸናፊው ድርጅት የአሸነፈውን እቃ ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ሁሉንም ወጭ በመሸፈን ንብረት ክፍል ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል። • ተጫራቹ ድርጅት ኦላይን ያስያዘውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሀርድ ኮፒውን በአካል ወይም በተወካይ ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ጨረታው ሳይከፈት በፊት ማምጣት ይኖርበታል። • ተጫራቹ በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ከሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ደብዳቤ በሃላፊ ወይም በም/ኃላፊ መፈረም ይኖርበታል። • ተጫራቾች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን የፋይናንሽያል ኬያቸውን ኦላይን ሸር ማድረግ አለባቸው ባያደርጉ ግን ከጨራታ ውድድር ውጭ ይሆናሉ። • ሁሉም ተጫራች ዋጋ ሲሞላ የመንግስትን ታክስ አካቶ መሙላት አለበት። ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።
