Terms and Conditions

1. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office ወይም የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 3. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 4. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ከአደራጀዉ መ/ቤት የገንዘቡ መጠን ተጠቅሶ እና በሚመለከተዉ የመስሪያ ቤቱ በበላይ አመራር ተፈርሞ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ የገንዘቡ መጠን ያልተጠቀሰ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት አይኖረዉም፡፡ 5. የጭነት አገልግሎት ኪራይ ዋጋ መሙያ ቦታ በItem Specification ስር በBill of Material በተዘረዘሩት ቦታዎች በማየት መሙላት አለባችሁ፡፡ 6. በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የሚሞሉት የጭነት አገልግሎት ኪራይ ዋጋዎች ጨረታን ያሸነፈዉ ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ ከተዋዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለአንድ አመት እና በላይ ይሆናል፡፡ 7. የሚቀረቡ የጭነት ተሸከርካሪዎች በጥሩ አቋም ላይ ያሉ ወይም ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁና በቅርጫፍ ጽ/ቤታችን በሚፈልጉበት ጊዜ ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡ 8. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
