ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለውን አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ኦርጅናሉን በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች ሠነዶችን በe-GP ስሲተም ላይ በግልጽ አንደምታይ፣ በትክክል፣ መሙላትና ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዋጋ የሚሞሉት የአንዱን ዋጋ እና ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ከቫት በፊት እና ቦኃላ በግልጽ ሁኔታ ሞልተዉ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት መክፈቻ ቁልፉን /key share /በስስተሙ መላክ አለበቸዉ። ተጫራቾች ያሸናፈቸዉን አትክልት እስከ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸዉ።
