INVITATION FOR SUPPLIERS FOR PROCUREMENT OF NETWORKING MATERIALS, ELECTRICAL MATERIALS

Introduction
Camara Education Ethiopia is an international NGO registered with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (License No. 1923) and a long-standing partner of the Federal Ministry of Education (MoE) since 2011, supporting the expansion of inclusive digital learning in disadvantaged communities across Ethiopia.
In line with its programme implementation requirements, Camara Education Ethiopia hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed quotations for the supply of installation and electrical materials required for the establishment, installation, maintenance, and upgrading of computer laboratories and related infrastructure in schools.
All materials supplied under this procurement must comply with the specified technical requirements or approved equivalent specifications and must be of appropriate quality, safe, durable, and suitable for use in school environments.

Requirements
- Suppliers must possess valid and renewed business licenses appropriate to their area of operation, enlisted registered supplier ,VAT registration and Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificates and valid tax clearance certificate is required.
- The procurement process will commence from the date of issuance of this invitation. Suppliers are required to submit their proposals until Friday (office working hour) 25/09/2026, and late submissions will not be accepted.
- Financial proposals must be submitted separately from technical proposals and remain valid for at least 15 days. The technical proposal must clearly demonstrate the supplier’s understanding of the requirements and include detailed specifications, quality standards, and relevant experience.
- Partial quotation for selected items is not allowed. Therefore the supplier should submit quotation for all items specified in the above table
Submission
Quotations must be submitted in person to Camara Education Ethiopia’s office, located at Lideta Sub-City,around Balcha Hospital, Dama House Building, Office No. 304, in sealed envelopes. Technical and financial proposals shall be prepared separately for each lot and clearly marked accordingly.
Suppliers are required to clearly indicate the make/brand and model of the goods or services offered (or equivalent), along with the quantity currently available under their ownership, stock, or contractual control to ensure timely delivery.
All quotations must be delivered to the designated submission address by 25/09/2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Rights and Reservation
Camara Education Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation announcement, in whole or in part, without incurring any liability to suppliers. The organization further reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender process at any stage prior to contract award.
The organization may request clarifications or additional information and reserves the right to enter into negotiations with the selected supplier(s) where necessary. Any attempt to influence the procurement process will result in immediate disqualification.
