Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) translates to doctors without border, is an international non-profit association. Medecins Sans Frontieres - Belgium Ethiopia Mission hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers for: Procurement of different types of printer tonner and cartridges

With Tender reference number: ET121/2026/TEN/SUP/06/TON-CART

to submit sealed bids at our head office in Addis Ababa. Interested bidders must meet the following mandatory administrative and technical requirements:

1. Administrative and technical requirements

• Renewed and valid trade license for the business sector for the year 2018 E.C. VAT Registration Certificate
• Demonstrated experience and competence in the supply of printer parts and tonners/cartridges. Evidence of financial capacity and stability.
• Presence of an office for sales and for future contact with regards to technical services provision. Warranty.
• Authorization from the manufacturer of the tonners/cartridges listed below is a plus.

 Tender item list:

Bidders should send their offer based on the specifications listed in the table below after each item.
Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope clearly labelled "Procurement of different types of printer tonner and cartridges" in the tender box in the MSF Belgium Office Arada Sub city about 600m north of Women's Square, or 130m north of Aware Square on or before 25th September 2026 at 05:00 PM.

Bid Opening:

Bids will be opened by MSFOCB after the deadline and winning bidder/s will be notified duly.

Important Notes:

• MSF will check the authenticity of the offered tonners/cartridges with a visit.
• Late submissions or bids received after the specified closing date and time will be rejected and returned unopened.
• Participation in this tender is restricted to legally registered, qualified, and eligible suppliers with the capacity to deliver the listed items.

MSF Belgium Ethiopia Mission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
