ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው የአደጋ መከላከያ ጫማዎች፣የቆዳና የቆዳ ውጤቶች እና የተለያዩ ጫማዎች በተገለፀው መለኪያ መሠረት በጥንድ ለተገለጽው መለኪያ በጥንድ እና በቁጥር ለተጠየቀው በቀጥር አንድ አንድ ናሙና ጨረታው ከመክፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት እስከ ቀኑ 11፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ጀርመን አደባባይ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ዕቃ ግ/ቤት በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ የሚከፈተው የጨረታ መክፈቻ Key share ወይም በሲስተሙ ሲልክ ብቻ ነው፡፡ 3. ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ በጨረታው አማራጭ ካገኛ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
