1. Subject of the Tender

Expertise France is inviting qualified and eligible suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and proposal for the Supply of IT equipment to the Expertise France office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

2. Scope of Requirements

The selected supplier will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT services and equipment, which include:

• Supply and delivery of IT equipment
• Installation and commissioning
• User training
• After-sales support and maintenance services

3. Submission Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

Interested tenderers must complete and submit the required documentation as outlined in the call for tenders:

• Identification of the Tenderer: Status, trade name, legal entity name, establishment/registered office addresses, contact information (email, telephone), and registration/SIRET/tax identification numbers.
• Professional Registration: Proof of valid registration on a professional or trade register (e.g., extrait Kbis for French companies or an equivalent local registration document).
• Technical & Professional Capacity: Demonstrated experience, resources, and references showing successful supply, delivery, installation, and support of IT equipment of similar nature and complexity.
• Tax and Social Security Compliance: Official proof/certificates showing fulfillment of tax and social security obligations in the country of establishment or execution.
• Sworn Statement: Signed declaration confirming non-exclusion under French Public Procurement Law, absence of conflict of interest, and non-sanction status (UN, EU, France, US, World Bank).
• Banking Details: Completed Third Party Identification Sheet accompanied by official bank account details.

4. Application Process

To participate in this tender procedure, interested parties must fill out, sign, and return the official Expression of Interest Form along with the Sworn Statement and all supporting documentation requested by the contracting authority.
