ማሳሰቢያ፡- አሸናፊው ድርጅት የአሸነፈውን እቃ ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ሁሉንም ወጭ በመሸፈን የዕቃውን ጥራት በሚመለከተው አካል አረጋግጦ ንብረት ክፍል ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ • ተጫራቹ ድርጅት ኦላይን ያስያዘውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሀርድ ኮፒውን በአካል ወይም በተወካይ ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ጨረታው ሳይከፈት በፊት ማምጣት ይኖርበታል፡፡ • ተጫራቾች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን የቴክኒካልና የፋይናንሽያል ኬያቸውን ኦላይን ሸር ማድረግ አለባቸው ባያደርጉ ግን ከጨራታ ውድድር ውጭ ይሆናሉ፡፡ • ሁሉም ተጫራች ዋጋ ሲሞላ የመንግስትን ታክስ አካቶ መሙላት አለበት፡፡ • ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ሳይከፈት በፊት ለእያንዳዱ እቃ ናሙና ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል :: ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡
