ማሳሰቢያ፡-ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች ለሁሉም እቃዎች ሳምፕል/ናሙና/ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ያሸነፋቸዉን እቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት እንድሁም መጫኛና ማዉረጃ ወጭ ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግደታ አለበት፡፡ -ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች ሲስተም ላይ ያስያዙትን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ወይም በተወካይ በመቅረብ ኦርጅናሉን ሃርድ ኮፒ ለግዥ ስራ አስፈጻሚ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ -በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች የሚያጽፏቸዉ የዋስትና የድጋፍ ደብዳቤዎች በሚመለከተዉ ሃላፊ የተፈረሙ መሆን አለባቸዉ፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የጠጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
