መስሪያ ቤታችን በሀገር መከላከያ ሚኒስቴር የሎጀስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ግዥ ቡድን የተለያዩ የፅህፈት ዕቃዎች ለመግዛት በወጣው በEGP ግልፅ ጨረታ ላይ የሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው የፅህፈት ዕቃዎች የሚከተሉትን ነገሮች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 1. የሚወዳደሩ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ጦር ኃይሎች ሆስፒታል ፊት ለፊት ምድር ሃይል ግቢ ሎጀስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች CPO ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የፅህፈት ዕቃዎች ግዥ ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡ 3. ሳምፕል ማቅረብያ ቦታ መልካ ቃሊቲ ማቅረብ አለባችሁ፡፡ 4. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና CPO ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ አለባችሁ፡፡ 5. ተጫራቾች እውነተኛ ያልሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማቅረብ ከጨረታ ውድድር ዉጪ ከማድረግ ባሻገር በማጭበርበር ወንጀል በህግ ያስጠይቃል፡፡ 6. ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች ሳምፕል የሚያቀርብ ዕቃዎች ላይ የድርጅቱን ማንነት የሚገልፅ ምክልክት ማድረግ ከውድድር ውጪ ያደርጋል፡፡ 7. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪ-ኮድ ሼር ያላደረገ ተጫራች፤ በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 8. መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለዉ፡፡
