ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን የወንድና የሴት ጨርቆች ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ናሙና የሚመረመር በመሆኑ ተመላሽ ናሙና መጠየቅ የማይቻል መሆኑን ማወቅ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 1. አሸናፊ የሚሆነዉ አቅራቢ ከላይ ከተጠቀሱት ጨርቆች መካከል ከሚመጣው ሮል ጨርቅ ውስጥ በrandom Sampling Technique አንድ ናሙና ተወስዶ የሚመረመር መሆኑን ማወቅ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ እስከሚከፈትበት ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ የሁሉንም ዕቃዎች ጥራት ያለውናሙና ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 3. አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን በራሱ ወጭ ኮምቦልቻ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 4. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሰራተኞች ደንብ ልብሱን (የሴት እና የወንድ ብትን ጨርቁን) ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ በሚሰጠው ልኬት እና የግዥ ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ቆራርጦ ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል ፡፡
