A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of their clear copies of renewed business license, TIN Certificate and VAT registration Certificate to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00. The payment shall be effected at the Bank's Odaa branch, found at Mexico area on K.Kare Center.

5. Bids must be delivered to the above office on October 21, 2026, before 2:00 p.m. local time and must be accompanied by a bid security amount indicated in the bidding document.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the dayindicated above and at 2:30 p.m.

7. Gadaa Bank reserves the right to accept or rejectany or all bids.
