ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የተጠየቁትን መረጃዎች አንድ ቢጎድል፣ የማይነበብ ፣ ተዛማጅነት የሌለውና ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለው ከሆነ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡ አሸናፊ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች ዕቃው በተጠየቀው መጠንና ልክ መከ/ሠላም ማስከበር ማዕከል ዕቃውን ግምጃ ቤት ማስረከብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ NB ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ለሚወዳደሩት የእቃው ሳምፕል እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦን መቅረብ ይኖርበታል
