መስሪያ ቤታችን በሀገር መከላከያ ሚኒስቴር የሎጀስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ግዥ ቡድን የተለያዩ የግንባታ ዕቃዎች ለመግዛት በወጣው በEGP ግልፅ ጨረታ ላይ የሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 1. የሚወዳደሩ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉባቸውን እቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ወደ መከ/ሎጀስቲክስ መልካ ቃሊት ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 2. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና CPO ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ አለባችሁ፡፡ 3. ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ሳምፕል ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ዕቃዎች ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፤ 4. ሳምፕል የሚያቀርቡ ዕቃዎች ላይ የድርጅቱን ማንነት የሚገልፅ ምልክት ማድረግ ከውድድር ውጪ ያደርጋል ፤ 5. ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ የሚወዳደርበት ዕቃ በስቶክ ያለውና ኦርደር በተሰጠው ዕለት ውስጥ ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡ 6. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪ-ኮድ ሼር ማድረግ ያለባቸው ሲሆን በወቅቱ ሼር ያላደረገ ተጫራች ለሚፈጠረው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 7. መስሪያ ቤታችን ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡
