 አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት 5000 እሽግ ዉሃ የሚያቀርበዉ በአንድ ጊዜ ሳይሆን መስሪያ ቤቱ በጠየቀ ጊዜ ለ አንድ አመት ወይም ለ 365 ቀን የሚያቀርብ ይሆናል ይህም ዉል ለአንድ አመት ፀንቶ ይቆያል፡፡  አቅራቢዎች ከጨረታ መዝግያ ቀን በፊት በሲስተም ላይ ያስያዙትን የጨረታ ማስከበርያ CPO በአካል ለመ/ቤቱ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ::  ተጫራቾች ናሙና ማቅረብ አለባችዉ  መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
