- University Of Gondar have to the right of bid cancelled fully or partially - የጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ - የማስረከቢያ ቦታ፡- ጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ አጼ ቴዎድሮስ ግቢ - ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ከግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ ቢሮ ቁጥር -104 ድረስ እንድታቀርቡ ፡፡ - ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን (Key ) ሲስተም ላይ ማስገባት አለባችሁ፡፡ - ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጥቃቅን የተደራጀ ከሆነ የሚያቀርበው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ደብዳቤ በበላይ ኃላፊው የተፈረመና የተረጋገጠ መሆን አለበት ፡፡ - ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸንፎ የማያቀርብ (አገልግሎት የማይሰጥ )ከሆነ፣ ለወደፊቱ በሚወጡ ጨረታዎች የማይሳተፍ እና ለግዥ ባለስልጣን ክስ የምናቀርብ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን ፡፡
