• History of non-performing contracts Non-performance of a contract did not occur within the last [5] years prior to the deadline for Bid submission, based on all information on fully settled disputes or litigation. A fully settled dispute or litigation is one that has been resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Mechanism under the respective contract, and where all appeal instances available to the bidder have been exhausted Reference: ITB 37.4(d)

• Historical Financial Performance Submission of audited balance sheets and other financial statements as required in the BDS Clause 17, for the past Five years (2013-2017 EC) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position and its prospective long-term profitability. A bidder's financial position is assumed to be sound if there is a consistent increase in the net worth of the bidder. The audited balance sheet submitted by the bidder has to be checked against the recorders obtained from the concerned revenue and customs authority.. Reference: ITB 37.5 (b)
• Annual Turnover The Peak annual volume of construction work over the past five years (2013-2017 EC) of at least  72,799,203.00 (Sevenyt Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Three Birr and 00/100).For Joint Venture: - the average volume of construction for the past Five Years (2013-2017 EC) of at least 145,598,405.23 (One Hundred Forty Five Million Five Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred Five Birr and 00/100).The yearly annual turnover for domestic or local bidders shall be considered the maximum one from the yearly annual turnover within the last five years (2013-2017 EC) should be submitted and must demonstrate the soundness of bidder’s financial position. A bidder's financial position is assumed to be sound if there is a consistent increase in the net worth of the bidder.The submitted value shall be accepted only if it is verified with supporting evidence by revenue agency. No evaluation points will be given without the original direct auditor’s report and authenticated auditor’s report document evidence from revenue. Reference: ITB37.5(d)

Specific Experiance Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3 with The Bidder has successfully participated as contractor, or subcontractor, in one similar building construction works of a nature & complexity over the last Five Years, (2014-2018 EC). (To comply with requirement, works cited should be at least 70 percent complete); value of work shall not be less than Birr 56621602.00 ( Fifty Six Million Six Hundred Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Two Birr). Supporting evidence for satisfactory performance from the employer which is clearly mention the project amount[ is mandatory and must be attached.Or

The Bidder has successfully participated as contractor, or sub-contractor, in Two similar building construction works of nature & complexity over the last Five years, (2014-2018 EC). (To comply with this requirement, works cited should be at least 70 Percent complete); value of work shall not be less than Birr 28310801.00/ (Twenty Eight Million Three Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Two Birr). Supporting evidence for satisfactory performance from the employer which is clearly mention the project amount is mandatory and must be attached

Note: the bidder should provide contract agreement. testimony letter. and Last interim/final payment. If these documents are not attached, the bidder will be rejected.

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 15.1;

JV agreement 

 In the case of a bid submitted by a Partnership, Consortium or a joint venture (JV), the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Partnership, Consortium or Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form Partnership, Consortium or Joint Venture, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1.

ማሳሰቢያ ዩኒቨርሲቲችን ባወጣዉ በዚህ ጨረታ ላይ የሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች የሚከተለውን ነገሮች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 1. ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ሊይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond/ Bank Guarantee) ወይም Cpo ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 25 ተከታታይ ቀናት ዉስጥ መቅደላ አምባ የኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ G-02 / አዲስ አበባ ከሚገኘ የመቅደላ አምባ ኒቨርስቲ ገስት ሃውስ ላምበረት ማዓድን ሚኒስተር ዝቅ ብሎ ባለዉ መቅደላ አምባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ /ቤት ዉስጥ ማቅረብ አለባችሁ :: 2. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ አለባችሁ፡፡ 3. ዋጋ ስትሞሉ ዝርዝር መስፈርቱን እና መለኪያውን በጥንቃቄ በመመልከት ይሙሉ፡፡ 4. የጨረታ መክፍቻ ኪ-ኮዲ /OTP/ በሲስተሙ ላይ በሰኣቱ ሸር ያላደረገ ተጫራች ፤ በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 5. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው
