Qualification Requirements

• Financial statements Average annual turnover: The average annual turnover for the last two (2) recent consecutive business Years must exceed or equal to 200,000,000.00 Birr i.e. [(year one +year two) divided by 2]. Reference: 35.5(a)
• Descriptive technical literature Bidder has to submit Descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17 Reference: ITB 35.4(i)
• Bidder Nationality Bidder has nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2 Reference: 4.2
• Warranty offered Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 25 Reference: 35.4(ii)
• Documents proofing its financial standing Bidder has to submit other documents proofing its financial standing, as required in the BDS Clause 15.2(b) Reference: 35.5(b)
• Warranty offered Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 25 Reference: 35.4(ii)

• Conflict of interest Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3 Reference: ITB 35.2(a)
• Number of staff Number of staff: At least 5 staffs currently work for the bidder; of this at least 2 staffs shall be senior experts Reference: Clause 4.6(b)(iv);
• Certificates of satisfactory execution The Bidder has to submit successfully completed Certificate of Satisfactory execution of contracts with a budget of at least 120,000,000.00 ETB or equivalent for the lot as specified in the BDS 16.3 that of this contract in the past five years. Reference: 35.4(c)
