1. Background & Scope of Supply
R&D Group invites eligible, qualified, and competent vendors to submit pro forma quotations for the supply and delivery of tablet computers. The devices will support digital learning, access to program content, communication, and technology-enabled enterprise activities for EDGE Program participants.

2. Key Minimum Technical Specifications

- Comprehensive Financial Proposal / Pro Forma Quotation (showing unit price, total price in ETB, all applicable taxes, delivery costs, and offered specifications).
- Make and model details with manufacturer datasheet or technical documentation.
- Statement/list of built-in accessibility and inclusion features on the proposed device.
- Clear statement of warranty coverage, after-sales support, and proposed delivery timeline.
