የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 40,000 (አርባ ሺህ ብር) በጋላፊ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስም በማሰራት በe-GP በማያያዝ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት መቯለኪያ ቅዱስ ዮሰፍ ትምህርት ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ፕላዛ አራተኛ ፎቅ ግዥ ቢሮ በአካል አምጥቶ መስጠት ግዴታ ነው፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ ላይ በመሳተፍ በምንም ምክንያት ውል አልፈርምም ማለት በመንግስት ግዥ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ 1073/2017 መሰረት ተጠያቂነትን የሚያስከትል በመሆኑ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ለመንግስት ገቢ ከማድረግ በተጨማሪ ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ የመንግስት ኤሌክትሮኒክስ ግዥ ለሚያስተዳድረው የመንግስት አካል ሪፖርት የሚደረግ በመሆኑ ተጫራቾች በጥንቃቄ መሳተፍ አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራች የትራንስፖትና ሌሎች ማንኛውም ወጪዎች በራሱ ሸፍኖ ውሃውን አፋር ክልል ጋላፊ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት እቃ ማከማቻ መጋዘን ያስረክባል፡፡ መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
