• Valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii); Reference: 33.2(f)
• Valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: 33.2(c)

Technical Offer 

 Bidder has to complete its Schedule of Requirements + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with Terms of Reference presented as per template in Section 6, Schedule of Requirements

መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ብር 300,000.00 (ሶስት መቶ ሺህ ብር) (Bid Security) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሲስተም ተያይዞ በአካል ጅማ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት 1ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 105 ግዥ ክፍል መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሲስተም ስለተያያዘ በአካል ካልቀረበ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እንደቀረበ አያስቆጥርም፡፡ አሸናፊው ተጫራች በሶስቱም ከተሞች ማለትም ጅማ፣ ጋምቤላ እና አሶሳ ከተሞች ላይ በተቀመጠው ፌርማታ መሠረት ውል ገብቶ አገልግሎቱን የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
