ማሳሰቢያ፡-ለተመሪዎች የሚሆን የመመገቢያ ጠረጴዛ እና ወንበር ናሙና ማቅረብ ያስፈልጋል።አሸናፊው ድርጅት የአሸነፈውን እቃ ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ሁሉንም ወጭ በመሸፈን ንብረት ክፍል ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ • ተጫራቹ ድርጅት ኦላይን ያስያዘውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሀርድ ኮፒውን በአካል ወይም በተወካይ ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ጨረታው ሳይከፈት በፊት ማምጣት ይኖርበታል፡፡ • ተጫራቹ በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ከሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ደብዳቤ በሃላፊ ወይም በም/ኃላፊ መፈረም ይኖርበታል፡፡ • ተጫራቾች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን የፋይናንሽያል ኬያቸውን ኦላይን ሸር ማድረግ አለባቸው ባያደርጉ ግን ከጨራታ ውድድር ውጭ ይሆናሉ፡፡ • ሁሉም ተጫራች ዋጋ ሲሞላ የመንግስትን ታክስ አካቶ መሙላት አለበት፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡
