መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኜ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነዉ ማንኛውም አቅራቢ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Cpo) ሲያሰገባ ለሚ ኩራ ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ ፑል አስተዳደርና ፍይናንስ ጽ/ቤት ማለት አለበት። -ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን (CPO) ማምጣት አለበት።
