HI-Ethiopia is seeking to engage service providers to enter into a Framework Agreements (FWA) to provide Office ICT Support Service.

• Technical support for laptop, desktop, Copier, printer and applications and related technology. The support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Assistance includes interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems.

The minimum services that ICT Services Company is expected to render to Humanity & Inclusion in Ethiopia are broadly indicated on a separate technical document which bidders should get after making registration at our Office.

1. Key Considerations

• Technical and Financial Offers must be submitted in different envelopes with Separate Copy and Original.

2. TECHNICAL:

• a.ONE Original and ONE Copy of Separate Technical Envelopes must be submitted.
• Renewed (Valid) business license for the year 2018 E.C
• VAT Registration certificate
• TIN Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance
• Company profile showing experience in rendering similar services
• Any Credentials showing experience in similar supplies to any entity.
• Summary of Audited Financial Report for the last 3 years

3. FINANCIAL:

a. ONE Original and ONE Copy Financial must be submitted

From 8th October 2026 @ 09:00 AM – 21st October 2026 @4:00 PM Any submission arriving later than 4:00 PM on 21st of October 2026 will not be accepted.

6. Bid Opening

Bid will be opened in Closed Session.

7. Bid Evaluation

HI reserves the right to conduct Evaluation based on its internal procedure and best interest of the organization.

HI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BID IN PART OR IN FULL AND SELECT ANY BIDDER BASED ON ITS BEST INTEREST.
