Invitation for National Competitive Bid (NCB)

1. Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Computer with Accessories. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
i. Renewed trade license
ii. TIN Certificate
iii. Suppliers Registration Certificate
iv. VAT Registration
v. Tax Clearance Certificate
2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from October 07, 2026 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr Only) to customer Accounts Transaction Services office located at Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate located Kiamed Building, 1st floor.
3. Bidders shall submit the bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank as per the following table;

4. Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before October 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia located at Kiamed Building, 1st floor.
5. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on October 21, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.
6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head office, Procurement Directorate Kiamed Building, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 524 4090, ext. 1216.
7. Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
8. The language of the tender shall be English.
9. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
