አሸናፊው ድርጅትያሸንፈበትን እቃ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋናው መስሪያ ቤት የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ኮሚሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
