CALL FOR PROPOSAL FOR WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
The Eastern Africa Borderland Civil Society Organizations Platform (EABCSOP) invites qualified web development firms to submit proposals for the design, development, testing, and launch of its institutional website.
The assignment aims to establish a modern, secure, respon- sive, user-friendly, and accessible website to enhance EABC- SOP's institutional visibility, communication, membership en- gagement, knowledge sharing, and regional collaboration among civil society organizations working in Eastern Africa's borderlands.
Scope of the Assignment: The selected web development firms will conduct a needs assessment, design and devel- op the website, establish a searchable online knowledge repository, integrate relevant communication and member- ship features, test and launch the website, train designated staff, and provide post-launch technical support.
Duration of submitting final deliverables: Approximately 4 weeks from the date of contract signing.
Eligibility: Interested applicants must demonstrate relevant qualifications and at least five years of professional expe- rience in website design and development, preferably for CSOs network, regional organizations, or development institutions. The web development firms should have a renewed business license for the current Ethiopia year.
Application Requirements: Interested firms shall submit de- tailed technical and financial proposal, firms' profile, CVs of key personnel, relevant experience and portfolio links, and renewed business license for the current Ethiopia year and all legal/business registration documents including vat, TIN, tax clearance, and registration certificate.
Submission Method: Sealed and Stamped Proposals should be submitted in person directly to the EABCSOP Office in the premise of Ethiopian Institute of Peace (EIP), located at Ka- zanchis, Enderase area, Yeka Sub-City, Woreda 06, House No. 056, Tele: +251-116612271, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with the subject line "Website Design and Development Consultancy" within 7 working days after the consultancy work is advertised.

EABCSOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with its applicable procurement procedures.
