ማሳሰቢያ፣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ኦርጅናሉን ሀርድ ኮፒ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአምቦ ከተማ አምቦ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ኦርጅናል ሀርድ ኮፒውን ያላቀረበ ድርጅት ሙሉ በሙሉ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡ አሸናፊ የሆኑ ድርጅቶች አገልግሎቱን የሚሰጡበት ቦታ አምቦ ከተማ በአምቦ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ግቢ ውስጥ ይሆናል፡፡ የሚቀርበው የምግብ ሜኑ ዝርዝር በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ schedule of requirement ስር specific requirement ላይ በተቀመጠው መሠረት መሆን አለበት፤ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
