 ተቋሙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  ተጫራቾች ሲፒዮ፣ ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ (unconditional/ የባንክ ጋራንት እና ሳምፕል በአካል ማምጣት አለባቸው ፡፡  አሸናፊተጫራቾች እቃውን የሚያቀርቡት ከተቋማችን ትእዛዝ ሲሰጣቸው ሲሆን ውል የሚገቡት እስከ ሰኔ 30/2019 ዓ.ም ድረስ ይሆናል፡፡  አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉባቸውን ዕቃዎች እስከ ተቋማችን ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ ማድረግ አለባቸው፡፡
