1ኛ .በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምፕሬሄንሲቭ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል ስም የተሰራ C.P.O/Bank Guarantee የጨረታው ማስከበርያ ብር 30,000 (ሰላሳ ሺ) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ተቋሙ ድረስ በአካል በመምጣት ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2ኛ ማንኛው ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ተቋሙ ድረስ በአካል በመምጣት 1ኪ.ግ የሚሆን ናሙና ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 3ኛ ናሙና ያላመጣ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከውድድሩ ውጭ ይሆንል፡፡ 4ኛ.ሆስፒታሉን የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታው በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
