General experienceThe firm itself should demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant corporate experience and have completed at least 3 comparable assignments involving renovation/rehabilitation of institutional, commercial, or public buildings within the last 5 years.; Reference: 1
Specific experience The Consultant shall demonstrate successful completion of at least one similar assignment involving design, supervision, and contract administration, with a consultancy contract value of at least ETB 5,000,000 and a corresponding construction contract value 12 of at least ETB 200,000,000, completed or substantially completed within the past five years, supported by evidence of certified paymentsReference: 1
professionalAmong the professional staff proposed by the Consultant, at least one shall be a Project Manager with relevant experience.Reference: 1
Site VisitA mandatory site visit shall be conducted by the Consultant before submission of the bid. 3) Directly or indirectly having the right to appoint a majority of the board of Directors or an equivalent governing body of the consultant or

4) Whether a person directly or indirectly exercises significant influence or control over the Company (tenderer)
