Qualification Requirements

• Financial Resources The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the following cash-flow requirement Reference: 15
• Valid tax clearance certificate Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6 Reference: 4.6

ይህ ጨረታ በኮምቦልቻ ከተማ ለሚካሄዱ የተለያዩ ሁነቶች (ስልጠናዎች፣ ስብሰባዎች እና መሰል ተግባራት) የስብሰባ አዳራሽ፣ የምግብና መጠጥ እንዲሁም የአልጋ አገልግሎቶችን በብቃት ማቅረብ ለሚችል አሸናፊ ሆቴል እና በገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር የኮምቦልቻ ቅርንጫፍ ጽሕፈት ቤት መካከል የሚደረግ ፣ በሥራ አፈጻጸም ላይ የተመሰረተ የአንድ ዓመት የውል ስምምነት ነው። የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን ጨረታው ከዘጋበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ባለው 1 ሰዓት ውስጥ በሲስተም መላክ አለበት የታክስ ክሊራንሱ ከተሰጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከ6 ወራት በላይ የቆየ መሆን የለበትም ፤ሆቴሉ ሁሉንም መስፈርቶች ያሟላ መሆን አለበት እንዲሁም እንዲያያዙ የተጠየቁ መረጃዎችን በግልፅ የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው ፤ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
