ይህ ጨረታ በደብረ ብርሃን ከተማ ለሚካሄዱ የተለያዩ ሁነቶች (ስልጠናዎች፣ ስብሰባዎች እና መሰል ተግባራት) የስብሰባ አዳራሽ፣ የምግብና መጠጥ እንዲሁም የአልጋ አገልግሎቶችን በብቃት ማቅረብ ለሚችል አሸናፊ ሆቴል እና በገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር የኮምቦልቻ ቅርንጫፍ ጽሕፈት ቤት መካከል የሚደረግ፣ በሥራ አፈጻጸም ላይ የተመሰረተ የአንድ ዓመት የውል ስምምነት ነው። የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን ጨረታው ከዘጋበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ባለው አንድ ሰዓት ውስጥ በሲስተም መላክ አለበት የታክስ ክሊራንሱ ከተሰጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከ6 ወራት በላይ የቆየ መሆን የለበትም ሆቴሉ ሁሉንም መስፈርቶች ያሟላ መሆን አለበት እንዲሁም እንዲያያዙ የተጠየቁ መረጃዎችን በግልፅ የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
