አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ምርቱ ሙሉ በሙሉ አቅራቢው በራሱ የትራንስፖርት ወጪ ኮምቦልቻ በሚገኘው ገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር ኮምቦልቻ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት:: ወደ ኮምቦልቻ በሚጓጓዝበት ወቅት ምርቱ ለከፍተኛ ሙቀትና ለቀጥታ የፀሐይ ብርሃን እንዳይጋለጥ ተገቢው ጥንቃቄ ተደርጎበት በታሸገ የጭነት መኪና መጓጓዝ አለበት። ምርቱ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ መጋዘን ተቆጥሮ፣ ጥራቱ ተፈትሾ በፊርማ እስከሚረከብ ድረስ በማንኛውም የትራንስፖርት መጓደል ወይም ስብራት አቅራቢው ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ CPO ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፤ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ቁልፍ ጨረታው እንደዘጋ በአንድ ሰዓት ጊዜ ውስጥ መላክ ይኖርባቸዋል፤ መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
