Any bidder is confirmed to be the winner and is obliged to deliver the original items he won in full on the contract date from the date of signing the contract. 4. Bidders must be able to deposit their winning items at site within 20 days.( Delivery Time 20 days) 5. If the office finds a better method/option, it reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part. 6. The company that has won the tender must not adjust (change) the price and specification in any way during the execution of the contract.
