Qualification Requirements

• Manufacturer Authorization Letter The bidder has to submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6 Reference: ITB 23.2(c)(iii)
• Debarred by decision of the FPPA The bidder must not be debarred by decision of the Public Procurement Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4. Reference: ITB 4.4
• Descriptive technical literature The bidder has to submit descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17 (if required in BDS); Reference: ITB 23.2(c)(i)
• Description of the organization of the warranty The bidder has to submit a description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 23.2(c)(ii)
• Conflict of Interest No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 4.3 Reference: ITB 4
• Nationality Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 4.2
• Financial Standing of the Bidder The average annual turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last two (2) years, must exceed times the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid; Reference: ITB 23.2(b)(ii)
• Personnel for the key positions The bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet the requirements: Reference: ITB 14.1
• Professional qualifications and capabilities Among the staff currently work for the Bidder should be at least: -One (1) General Manager,One (1) senior sales expert andTwo (2) IT experts. Reference: ITB Clause 14
• Original broacher and product catalogues Necessary original broacher and product catalogues shall be required. Reference: ITB 17.1
• Joint venture agreement if applicable A legally constituted joint venture agreement if applicable Reference: ITB 4.8
• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts The bidder has to submit certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period of two years with a budget of 50,000,000 ETB Reference: ITB 23.2(b)(iii)
• Independent Audit Report As a proof of the bidder's financial standing the following documents need to be furnished: Audited Financial statement certified by independent Auditor for the last 02 (two) years. Reference: ITB 15.2(b)
• Average annual turnover The average annual turnover for the within the last two (2) business years of the Bidder at least equal to the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid. Reference: ITB 37.5(c)
• Warehouse document The bidder has to submit legal document of his warehouse premises and warehouse location shall be at Finfinne or Sheger. Reference: GCC 53.1
