ማሳሰቢያ፡-1. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲያሰሩ በቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤት ስም በማሰራት ማቅረብ ይኖረባቸዋል፡፡ 3.በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ስም ተዘጋጅቶ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ 4.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ስም ካዘጋጁ በኋላ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን በአካል የማቅረብ እና ሲስተም ላይ የማያያዝ/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 5.አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት አሸናፊ መሆኑን ካሳወቅነዉ በኋላ ለፊኒሺንጉ የሚያስፈልጉ ግበዓቶችን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጓጉዞ የማቅረብ እና ሌሎች ያልተጠቀሱራዎችን የመስራትና አጠናቆ ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ስለሆነም ተጫራቾች ይህ መሆኑን አዉቃችሁ የምትሰጡትን/የምትሞሉትን/ ዋጋ እነዚህን ስራዎች ታሳቢ በማድረግ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ 6.የመክፈቻ ቁጥርን በተመለከተ ጨረታዉ ከተከፈተ እስካ አንድ ሰዓት ባለዉ ጊዜ ዉስጥ ማጋራት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ይህ ሳይሆን ቢቀር ኃላፊነቱን የማንወስድ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ - ከድርጅቱ ሰራተኛ ዉጪ ለሚቀርብ የትምህርት ማስረጃ፣የስራ ልምድ፣የትምህርት ዝግጅት እና የሙያ ፍቃድ ማስረጃ ተቀባይነት የሚኖረዉ ተወዳደሪዉ ድርጅት/አቅራቢዉ/ ከባለሙያዉ ጋር/ከግለሰቡ/ጋር የሁለቱ ታዋዋይ ወገኖች በኢትዮጵያ የሰነዶች ማረጋገጫና ምዝገባ በኩል የተፈፀመ የዉል ስምምነት ከማስረጃዉ ጋርአብሮ ተያይዞ ሲቀርብ ብቻ ነዉ፡፡ - ድርጅቶች ሰብኮንትራክት(Subcontract) የሚሰጡትን የስራ ዘርፍ የሰብኮንትራክት ስራዉን ከሚያሰሩት ድርጅት ጋር በኢትዮጵያ የሰነዶች ማረጋገጫና ምዝገባ በኩል የተፈፀመ የዉል ስምምነት ከማስረጃዉ ጋር ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡ ይህ ሳይሆን ቀርቶ ያለምንም የዉል ስምምነት ለሚቀርቡ ሌሎች ማስረጃዎች ተቀባይነት የሌላቸዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
