ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ተጫራቾች ዩኒቨርሲቲው የጠየቃቸውን የአገልግሎቱን ዝርዝር መግለጫ (Specification) በሙሉ ሟሟላት አለባቸው ነገር ግን የተጠየቁትን መስፈርቶች ያሏሟላ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡- በዝርዝር መግለጫው (As per the technical specification) መሠረት የኒቨርሲቲያችን ጨረታውን ከሚያሸንፈው ድርጅት የሚፈልገው ግልጽ አገልግሎት፡- 1. ዝርዝር መግለጫው (Technical specifications) ላይ በተገለፀው መሠረት 600 ካሬ ሜትር የሚቀባ የ“epoxy” ይዞ የሚመምጣት፣ 2. የ “epoxy” ቀለሙን የሚቀባ ባለሙያ በራሱ ወጪ ይዞ የሚመጣ እና 600 ካሬ ሜትሩን በ “epoxy” ቀለም ቀብቶ የሚያጠናቅቅ የአገልግሎት ግዥ መሆኑን ታሳቢ በማድረግ ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ዋጋ በግዥ ህጉ መሠረት እንድትሰጡ እናሳስባለን፡፡
