The Carter Center-Ethiopia in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Health, Regional Health Bureaus, and other partners is striving in the prevention, control, and elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases for over the last twenty-five years in Ethiopia.

  • Billboard area 3m (L) x 2.00 m (W),
  • Tabularize 40 mm x 40 mm RHF with 2mm thickness for billboard frame and internal supporting.
  •  Lamera 1 mm laminated on a tabular size, 2-side laminated,
  • Stand 80mm x 80mm with thickness 2.5mm RHF
  • Total Stand length 4.50 m of which: (1.70 m Height which is between ground and Billboard & 2.00 m Holding Billboard. (0.8 m or 80 cm underground)
  • Underground supporting 30 cm X 30 cm, 20 mm X 20 mm RHF with 2mm thickness
  • Polishing the Stands, Tabularize, Lamera and underground supporting with antirust.
  • NB: Metal frame thickness will be verified using a caliper measurement.

The Carter Center Ethiopia (TCCE) invites sealed bids from registered suppliers under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the purchase of below stated Billboard Production for RBLF program.

  1. Where a supplier wishes to participate in this bid must have Renewed Trade License for 2018/19E.C, Tax clearance certificate valid at submission of bids, Taxpayer registration certificate and Renewed Trade License.
  2. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders and the bid evaluation, award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document. The bidding document is prepared in English Language.
  3. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than Birr 5,000.00 for Billboard Production
  4. The Bid Security should be either in the form of a certified cheque or a Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee or cash deposited against receipt. Bid securities in the form of Insurance bond or in any form other theses shall not be acceptable.
  5. Bids must be delivered to the logistics office or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Country office Logistic department before the closing date in October 28/2026, at 10:00 AM (4:00 Local Time). The envelope must be sealed with WAX. 
  6. Bids will be opened in October 28/2026, at 10:30 AM (4.30 Local Time). in The Carter Center Ethiopia (TCCE) Logistic & procurement department, in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who choose to attend.
  7. A complete set of Bidding documents may be collected from The Carter Center Ethiopia 1st floor Logistic Office on working days, Bole Sub City, Woreda 06 House No. New (Around Gerji Mebrat Hayel beside Amanya Gust House) Telephone +251-116-62 45 62 and 251-116 63-18 63, Bole, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
  8. The Carter Center Ethiopia reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
