ተቋሙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሲፒዮ ወይም ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ (unconditional/ የባንክ ጋራንት እና ሳምፕል በአካል ማምጣት አለባቸው ፡፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉባቸውን ዕቃዎች እስከ ተቋማችን ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ ካደረጉ በኋላ በየቅርንጫፍ መስሪያ ቤቶች/በየክፍለከተማች ማሰራጨት አለባቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾቹ የሚሰሩበትን ቦታ እና የሚያመርቱበትን /ጋርመንት/ በአካል ማሳየት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ የዩኒፎርም ትዕዛዙ ውል የሚገቡት እስከ ሰኔ 30/2019 ዓ.ም ሲሆን ተጨማሪ ፍላጎቶች ካሉ ያለምንም ዋጋ ጭማሪ በነበረው ዋጋ የሚሰራ ይሆናል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በተሰማሩበት የስራ መስክ ቢያንስ 3 አመት የስራ ልምድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
