ተቋሙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሲፒዮ ወይም ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ (unconditional/ የባንክ ጋራንት በአካል ማምጣት አለባቸው ፡፡ የሚገቡት ውል እስከ ሰኔ 30/2019 ዓ.ም ድረስ ይሆናል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የ3 ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ ተቋሙ የሚፈልገው የፅዳት ሰራተኛ ቅጥር 16 ሲሆን ተጫራቾቹ የሚሞሉት ዋጋ ግን የ1ሰው ብቻ ነው፡፡
