ቢሮው ጨረታውን ሙሉበሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው > ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ሲሰጡ ታሳቢ ማድረግ ያለባቸው ፡- የጋራዡ የመጠገን አቅም ያለው የቴክኒሻል ብዛት የትምህርት ደረጃ ፤የመልካም ስራ አፈፃፀም፤በጥገና እድሳት ያለው የስራ ልምድ፣ ተሸከርካሪዎች ተጠግነው የሚወጡበት አማካኝ ግዜ፤ጋራዡ ያለው ፋሲሊቲ /የመጠገኛ ቦታ ስፋት የመኪና ማንሻ ክሬን እና የመድንን ዋስትና / ኢንሹራንሽ ሽፋን ያለው ማስረጃዎችን ማያያዝ ይኖርበታል *ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለእያንዳንዱ መኪና የእጅ የአገልግሎት ዋጋ መሙላት አለበት እንደ ብልሽቱ ብሎ ዋጋ አለመሙላት ከውድድር ውጪ ያረጋል፡፡ *ለሁሉም የእጅ አገልግሎት ዋጋ መስጠት ግዴታ (አሸናፊው የሚለየው በጥቅል በድምር በዝቅተኛ ዋጋ ስለሆነ) ነው ለሁሉም ዋጋ ያልሰጠ ተጫራች ውድቅ ይሆናል፡፡ *ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሚሞላው የአንድ የእጅ አገልግሎት ዋጋ ሆንናቢሮው በሚፈልግ ጊዜና ቦታ እና በሚፈልገው መጠን ትእዛዝ ይሰጣል፡፡ *ተጫራቾች የቢሮ ተሸከርካሪ ብልሽት ገጥሞት መንቀሻቀሽ በማይችልበት ጊዜ የክሬን አገልግሎት አሸናፊው ድርጅት የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት
