ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ መስፈርታቸው በዕቃው ናሙና መሰረት ሲሆን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የዕቃውን ናሙና እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል በዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ የግዥ ስራ ክፍል ማቅረብ አለባቸው:: ማህበራትን በተመለከተ ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ደብዳቤ በቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አድራሻ ሆኖ የአዳራጅ መስሪያ ቤቱን አድራሻ / ስልክ ቁጥር : ኢሜል : ፖስታ ሳጥ ቁጥር እና መ/ቤቱ የሚገኝበትን ቦታ የሚገልጽ መሆን አለበት:: አሸናፍ የሆኑ ድርጅቶች ያሸነፉትን ዕቃ እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግደታ አለባቸው። የጫማ ቁጥርን በተመለከተ ከዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚሰጠው የጫማ ቁጥር ትዕዛዝ መሰረት የሚቀርብ ይሆናል። ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነው።
