ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚወዳደረባቸው የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎች ናሙና በአካል ወይም በፎቶ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ናሙና በአካል ወይም በፎቶ ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ወደ ቀጣይ ግምገማ አያልፉም፡፡ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ብር 300,000.00 (ሶስት መቶ ሺህ ብር) (Bid Security) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሲስተም ተያይዞ በአካል ጅማ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት 1ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 105 ግዥ ክፍል መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሲስተም ስለተያያዘ በአካል ካልቀረበ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እንደቀረበ አያስቆጥርም፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
