ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚወዳደረባቸው የስቴሽነሪ ዕቃዎች ናሙና በአካል የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ናሙና በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ወደ ቀጣይ ግምገማ አያልፉም፡፡ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ብር 60,500.00 (ስልሳ ሺህ አምስት መቶ ብር) (Bid Security) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሲስተም ተያይዞ በአካል ጅማ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት 1ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 105 ግዥ ክፍል መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሲስተም ስለተያያዘ በአካል ካልቀረበ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እንደቀረበ አያስቆጥርም፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
