Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Rack-Mountable 2KVA UPS (Lot-1) and Expansion of IBM TS-4300 Tape- Library (Lot-2).

2. Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from October 22, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred Only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the Soft Copy of bidding document from Capital Goods Procurement Division.
3. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 04, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office.
4. The Bids shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on November 04, 2026 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office, Capital Goods Procurement Division Tower III, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 550 6020, ext. 313/204; Fax +251 11 553 7982.
6. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in the sealed envelope.
7. The language of Tender shall be English.
8. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
