1.መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው 2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ፕራይቬት ኬይ ጨረታ በዘጋ በ1 ሰዓት ውስጥ መላክ አለባቸው፡፡ በሰዓቱ የማይልክ ተጫራች ተቋሙ ተጠያቂ የማይሆን መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ 3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 4. ተጫራቾች ሳምፕል (ናሙና) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
