 መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡  የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ ወይም ኢንስታሌሽን አድርጎ ክፍያዉን ይቀበላል፡፡  ጨረታዉ በመንግስት የግዥ መመሪያ፤ ህግ እና ደንብ መሰረት የሚመራ ይሆናል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡- ጨረታዉ ላይ መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች የኢትዮጵያ ዲጅታል መታወቂያ ካርድ ሊኖረው ይገባል፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የግዥ አስተዳደር ዳይሮክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 121 ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት፡፡ ለተጨመሪ ማብራሪያ፡ ስልክ ቁጥር ፡- 046 443 0174/ 09 10 47 10 51
