• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4

1.መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 10000.00 /አስር ሺ /ብር በሲፒኦ በሃርድ ኮፒ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 3. ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ናሙና ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
