የሚሞላው ዋጋ ለአንድ አመት የሚቆይ ነው አቅራቢዎች ከጨረታ መዝግያ ቀን በፊት በሲስተም ላይ ያያዙትን የጨረታ ማስከበርያ በአካል ለመ/ቤቱ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል :: መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ የህትመት እቃዎች ቢሮው በሚፈልግ ጊዜና መጠን የሚታዘዙ ይሆናሉ በተጨማሪም ህትመቱ የሚሰራው ከመታተሙ በፊት ቢሮው በሚያቀርበው ናሙና መሰረት ነው
